JAAQ: The new mental health platform – Just Ask A Question
We are delighted to be joined by Paul Smith, Director at JAAQ, as they talk us through what JAAQ is all about and the power of inclusive storytelling. They will also be sharing with us the work they’ve been doing with NatWest customers, and the impact this is having, as well as sharing an exciting new video they’ve created.
Please do come along to find out more and see how you can better support your customers, and what else JAAQ has available for your colleagues, who are often in high pressure environments.
Welcome Point: An innovative, centralised solution designed to enhance accessibility, foster inclusion, and drive meaningful impact across the rail network.
We are delighted to welcome Steve Lamey and Sharmin Choudhury from the Rail Delivery Group. As finalists in the Inclusive Customer Experience category of the 2025 Disability Smart Awards, they will share the work they have done to introduce Welcome Point, with 38 units rolled out so far.
