Vicki Carss is the Head of Psychological Development at Lexxic. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, she is passionate about wellbeing and getting the best out of people at work. Vicki has dedicated the past decade of her career to the field of neurodiversity. She has a vast range of experience in the assessment and coaching of neurodiverse adults. Vicki has also developed training interventions for managers and HR teams to educate and equip them on how to empower neurodiverse talent. She is adept at educating leaders on the importance of understanding both the challenges and the strengths of neurodiversity to get the best out of people and achieve organisational change.
Vicki is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is currently the Chair for the Division of Occupational Psychology in Scotland.
