Trudie has worked for Lloyds Banking Group since 1982 in various roles, with the last ten years in her current role as Customer Disability & Mental Health Manager. Her primary role is to act as an SME across the group advising on accessibility, projects, complaints and services for customers with disabilities although has also personally led initiatives such as the introduction of the Sunflower Lanyard for hidden disabilities.
Trudie was previously the Banking Sector Champion for the Disability Unit (formerly the ODI) for three years and is now a member of the Prime Ministers Champion Group for Dementia.
Trudie lives with non-visible disabilities including asthma and depression.
