Trudie has worked for Lloyds Banking Group since 1982 in various roles, with the last eight years in her current role as Customer Disability Manager. Her primary role is to act as an SME across the group advising on accessibility, projects, complaints and services for customers with disabilities although has also personally led initiatives.
Until February this year, Trudie was also the Banking Sector Champion for the Disability Unit (formerly the ODI) for three years liaising across the sector on disability issues.
Trudie lives with non-visible disabilities including asthma and depression.
