Christine is a disability and age-inclusive researcher, design and innovator. In 2015 she founded Open Inclusion, a London based global insight and design agency which she continues to lead and grow.
Open works across the full spectrum of customer experience (CX) from digital, physical products, the built environment, customer service and communications. It helps brands understand why and where their experience varies, and which specific ability segments may be well or not so well served.
Christine loves new ways to solve old problems. She leads the work at Open in emerging technologies, using new approaches to find ways to reduce barriers that exist today for many customers, particularly those with lived experiences of disability. She is a strategy team member of XRAccess (disability-inclusive immersive tech), in the working group for StartAccess (disability-inclusive entrepreneurship) and an advisor on a range of inclusion-led innovation accelerators in the USA, UK and Australia. These cover solutions across a spectrum of industries, using tech from brain computer interfaces to adaptive customer service tools or advanced indoor wayfinding.
She is also an expert partner to The Valuable 500 (where Open is also an accredited supplier to the Valuable Listing) and on the founding team of Unlimited, the Market Research Society’s disability-inclusive research group. She has a CPACC from the IAAP and an MBA, BEc / BA from leading Australian universities.
