Mental health e-guidance

Our series of e-guidance modules about mental health aim to equip employees, line managers and those responsible for implementing workplace adjustments with practical guidance on dealing with mental ill health in the workplace. For our Business Disability Forum (BDF) Partners and Members, the first module is available for free as part of your membership.

These interactive modules equip your line managers and staff to spot signs and take positive steps in supporting and managing colleagues experiencing mental ill health.  The three modules cover ‘awareness’ ‘having sensitive or difficult conversations’ and ‘making workplace adjustments’ related to workplace mental ill health.

The modules feature a mixture of voice-over audio, text, animated graphics and video. Full transcripts of all three modules are also available upon request.

This series of e-guidance modules has been tested for accessibility by a number of disabled people with varying impairments. If you have any comments or questions about the accessibility of our e-guidance, please contact us via email to call 020-7403-3020.
