Offer 3: Attracting and recruiting the best disabled talent

An end-to-end action plan from attraction to onboarding to ensure you can attract and recruit the best disabled talent. This will help you enhance your organisation’s status as an employer of choice for disabled job seekers.

The Attracting and recruiting the best disabled talent offer includes:

  • Desktop document review - we will review all relevant policies, procedures and attraction materials and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Application ‘walkthrough’ - we will facilitate a scenario-based exercise with recruitment staff based on a range of adjustment requests at each stage of the application process.
  • Focus group (recruitment staff and hiring managers) - we will facilitate a focus group with relevant colleagues to test understanding of and confidence in making adjustments for disabled job applicants.
  • Report - we will prepare a report with a suggested action plan to support process enhancement and implementation.
  • Presentation - we will present the draft report and action plan for discussion and agreement.
