Offer 1: Making adjustments, removing barriers

Our thoroughgoing review of your workplace policies and processes will help ensure that your organisation understands what reasonable adjustments are and why they are so important, and know how to get it right first time. We will provide your organisation with the skills and resources to enable your employees to perform to the best of their abilities and will also minimise the risk of litigation and unnecessary financial loss.

The 'Making Adjustments' offer includes the following:

  • Desktop document review - We will review all relevant policies, procedures and guidance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Workplace Adjustment survey - We will facilitate the distribution of a survey to gauge disabled colleagues’ experiences and managers’ confidence, and carry out analysis of findings. 
  • Focus group 1: Current processes (HR, IT, facilities) - We will facilitate a focus group with relevant colleagues to scope how current adjustment processes work. 
  • Focus group 2: Future processes (HR, IT, facilities) - We will facilitate a follow-up focus group to suggest process enhancements based on review findings.
  • Interviews.
  • Plan to support process enhancement and implementation.
  • Report - We will present the draft report and action plan for discussion and agreement.

How will we work with you?

We will have an initial discussion with you to build a comprehensive picture of the structure and needs of your organisation, relevant stakeholders and the services it provides. This conversation will provide us with an understanding of your aims and priorities and ensure that the work we carry out meets your needs.

Using our skills and expertise, we will develop an evidence based methodology, identify areas for improvement and provide a robust action plan to support the implementation of organisational change.
