Offer 4: Enhancing the engagement of disabled colleagues

A ‘deep insight’ review to help you understand and improve disabled colleagues’ motivation, commitment and overall experience of working for your organisation. As well as enhancing employee satisfaction, this will help you retain your organisation’s disabled talent.

The enhancing the engagement of disabled colleagues offer includes:

  • Desktop document review - we will review all relevant policies, procedures and guidance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Engagement survey - we will facilitate the distribution of a survey to gauge disabled colleagues’ experiences in relation to a range of engagement indicators and provide analysis of findings.
  • Interviews and/or focus groups (leads and employees) - we will interview key stakeholders (including disabled colleagues) to enrich our understanding of current levels of and barriers to engagement in the workplace.
  • Report - we will prepare a report with a suggested action plan to support process enhancement and implementation.
  • Presentation - we will present the draft report and action plan for discussion and agreement.

This conversation will provide us with an understanding of your aims and priorities and ensure that the work we carry out meets your needs. 
Using our skills and expertise, we will develop an evidence based methodology, identify areas for improvement and provide a robust action plan to support the implementation of organisational change.
