Offer 5: Supporting mental health at work

Supported development of a robust allies scheme that will strengthen peer-led resources to support the mental health of your workforce and increase engagement and productivity.

The supporting mental health at work offer includes:

  • Project launch meeting - we will facilitate a meeting to define the scope, purpose and format of a mental health allies programme.
  • Draft terms of reference, role descriptions and design recruitment process  - we will draft programme terms of reference, ally job descriptions and an ally recruitment framework, based on outcomes of the project launch meeting.
  • Training for mental health allies - we will facilitate workshops to offer allies basic training and establish ownership of the allies programme.
  • Monitoring and review meetings  - we will take part in review meetings with project leads to assess progress and propose appropriate enhancements to the allies programme.

We will have an initial discussion with you to build a comprehensive picture of the structure and needs of your organisation, relevant stakeholders and the services it provides. This conversation will provide us with an understanding of your aims and priorities and ensure that the work we carry out meets your needs. 
Using our skills and expertise, we will develop an evidence based methodology, identify areas for improvement and provide a robust action plan to support the implementation of organisational change.
