During 2022, we:

- launched our ninth Disability Smart Awards – open for entries now
- responded to the Government’s disability workforce reporting consultation with insights from over 70 Members
- launched our SME toolkit (funded by The Citybridge Trust).
- released ground-breaking consumer research about what disabled people choose to buy and why.
- sent a disability manifesto to Government as a member of the Disability Charities Consortium.
- delivered our first free Legal Ease webinar to over 500 people.
- launched a global guide on the language of disability and another on the built environment (sponsored by HSBC).
- opened our Great Big Workplace Adjustments Survey 2023 (sponsored by Microlink).
- launched our Recruitment Toolkit (sponsored by Oliver James).
- welcomed 6 new staff and 2 new trustees.
- ran our first hybrid annual conference (sponsored by Lloyds Banking Group).
- launched our Procurement Network.
- wrote HRZone’s most popular read of the year.
