Supporting customers and employees with communication difficulties

The subject of our next online webinar will be supporting customers and employees with communications difficulties and follows on from the very popular session which focused on how to support employees who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Our CEO Diane Lightfoot will be joined by Kamini Gadhok MBE, CEO of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, to discuss top tips and advice for businesses in how to support customers with communications difficulties and considerations as we move out of lockdown.

Diane and Kamini will also be sharing the latest on the new communications access symbol – join us to find out more.

If you have any further questions or if you require any adjustments, please email our events team.

For more general advice on Covid-19, how to prevent transmission and self-isolation please see the World Health Organization’s website.

For UK organisations the Government advice can be found on their website.
