Robert joined Royal Bank of Scotland 5 years ago and is a founding member of the Bank’s Employee Led Network for disability ‘Enable.’ He has a passion for inclusive opportunity and development for all colleagues and was a driving force in the development and deployment of a dedicated career programme for disabled colleagues.  He currently works in a specialist Health Advisory team providing support and arranging adjustment s for anyone who needs them across the UK & Ireland.
