John is a Senior Customer Journey Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland, leading the development of improved customer experiences for home-owners.

Alongside his day-job, John is co-chair of RBS “Enable”, the bank’s employee network for staff with disabilities. Enable aims to promote awareness of disability and ensure that disabled staff can achieve their potential. Over the last 5 years, Enable has delivered awareness events on a range of disabilities, supported the development of disability friendly products and services and contributed to the development of disability and inclusion learning. In 2017 RBS introduced a disability development programme which has been transformational for many of the 60+ people who have attended so far.
