Webinar: Disability and Performance Management

Hosted by Business Disability Forum

This hour-long webinar will address how you can provide the right support for disabled employees whilst helping to maximize performance.

In November 2017, the government published its paper on improving employment prospects for disabled people and those with long term health conditions. This paper can be viewed here.

And while it's important to get more disabled people into employment, it is equally important to ensure that those who get employed are not only retained but can thrive in the workplace.

The webinar will take place on Tuesday 31 March, from 10am to 11am, and Charles Clement, Senior Disability Consultant will be joined by Learning and Development Manager, Ruth Fisher to answer questions such as:

  • How do I make adjustments that drive good performance for disabled colleagues?
  • How do we manage the performance of disabled colleagues who are working remotely?
  • What do we do when a disabled employee isn’t performing to the required standard?
  • When and how do we adjust targets for disabled employees?
  • When should we consider redeployment?
