Hosted by the Financial Conduct Authority

For all of this rapidly emerging functionality, pervasiveness and apparent convenience of digital mobile banking, is it accessible and providing equitable experience to all? If not, who is being left behind?

Open Inclusion is a London based research and design agency. They will be sharing insights from research they conducted into banking apps, including pan-disability banking services surveys and post-authentication user and expert reviews on the 15 January 2019.

Business Disability Forum in partnership with the Financial Conduct Authority invite you to spend a morning with Open Inclusion providing perspectives into the below questions:

  • How inclusive are retail banking apps?
  • Which banks are demonstrating the current leading practices in the UK?
  • What is differentiating them?
  • Where are the biggest gaps, and therefore opportunities to improve digital banking inclusion in the future?

Speakers will include:

  • Shelley Cross, Financial Conduct Authority
  • Diane Lightfoot, CEO, Business Disability Forum
  • Steve Tyler, Leonard Cheshire
  • Christine Hemphill, Managing Director, Open Inclusion

This event will be of interest to:

  • Digital teams
  • Retail App Products teams
