Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace

Hosted by Accenture.

Attitudes towards mental health are changing. A few years ago it was commonplace to see newspaper headlines mocking celebrities in mental distress and crisis, contributing to stigma around mental ill-health that caused many to hide their experiences and not seek help or support.

According to the Mental Health Foundation, addressing wellbeing at work increases productivity by as much as 12%.

Our workshop ‘Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace’ aims to provide you with the skills to address common stereotypes and misconceptions about mental health and to promote wellbeing within work. The workshop will provide practical ways to improve and create a mentally healthy workplace and what employers need to consider to make this happen.

Who should attend?

  • Diversity and inclusion professionals.
  • Employee relations managers.
  • HR advisors.
  • Equality managers.

We would also like to welcome anyone responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the organisation-wide workplace adjustments process.
