Employment Network (Online)

Our next Business Disability Forum Online Employment Network will take place via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 7 July from 2:00pm to 3:15pm.

Chaired by Hazel Leighfield, Senior Disability Partner, BDF, with guest speakers:

• Karin O’donnell, Disability Lead, Department of Work and Pensions
• Aidan Healy, CEO, Lexxic

This session will be looking at the assessment and selection of talent including the barriers often faced by disabled or neurodiverse candidates as a result of our processes and what we can do to remove them.

As this is a virtual meeting, we will be facilitating Q&A via either open discussion or the chat function if attendance is high, this is to ensure the discussion is meaningful and manageable.

As there will be an opportunity for active dialogue we would love to receive some of your assessment related questions in advance so that we can do our best to cover them during the panel discussion.
