Recruiting diverse candidates into your organisation is a key factor to improving diverse thinking, innovation, business improvement and performance and ensuring you reflect the diversity of your customers and supply chain. 

In order to remain competitive, businesses must attract the, often, untapped talent pool of Disabled candidates. A disability-smart organisation understands how to reach and attract this vast talent pool and be an employer of choice. They can anticipate the needs of disabled candidates and make adjustments throughout the attraction, selection and on-boarding process where needed. This includes not only how candidates apply for roles, but how they are assessed, interviewed and communicated with throughout the hiring process whether online or face to face.
