HR & Office Manager

Barnaby is HR & Office manager at Business Disability Forum (BDF).

He is responsible for HR & the Facilities Management at BDF and serves on and as Secretary to, BDF's Accessibility Working Group whose role is to produce and sign off guidance on all aspects of accessibility throughout BDF. Whose aim is to ensure that everything BDF does is as accessible as possible.

Prior to joining BDF in 2007, Barnaby worked in HR at Centrica and in the public sector for Buckinghamshire County Council.

When not at work Barnaby enjoys cycling, martial arts and football.
