Consultancy service

At Business Disability Forum we take a collaborative approach to consultancy.  Our expertise and understanding of best practice is based on more than 20 years’ experience of working with a broad and diverse range of public and private sector organisations.

We will work with you to understand your organisation, your resources, services and needs.  We will then tailor a programme of work to deliver Disability-smart solutions that work for you.

We always develop a strong evidence base to support our work, seeking to highlight the voice of disabled employees and customers to help inform your decisions.  We use a range of methods including: policy and document reviews, surveys, focus groups and interviews. Our reports will clearly set out our findings and provide recommendations for suggested improvements in the form of a strategic action plan.
