Professor Kate Sang

Kate Sang is a Professor of Gender and Employment Studies at Heriot Watt University. Kate teaches and researches workplace inequalities, with a particular focus on gender and disability. Her recent work has explored disability and academic careers, neurodiversity in the transport industry, parenting in academia, high skilled migration and gender patterns in publishing. In addition, Kate is the group lead for Human Resource Management and is Research Coordinator for the department of Business Management.
