Pete has worked in the Recruitment Industry for over 25 years as Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Director, Operations Director and Managing Director roles encompassing Contract, Permanent, Interim, Master and Neutral Vendor Recruitment.

With a background in IT, Pete originally joined Sopra Steria Recruitment in 1995 as Sales Manager when the business was then £9m turnover, which has now grown to £110m. With a team of c100 across multiple geographies, the Sopra Steria Recruitment business model is founded on client-focused resourcing and compliance solutions where 80% of the growth achieved has been repeat business plus a ‘healthy mix’ of Managed clients and Framework models with multiple services and resource types delivered across the base. All of Sopra Steria Recruitment’s business and clients are UK based.
