Maxine Frances Roper

Speaker and writer on neurodiversity, particularly dyspraxia

Maxine delivers presentations and training to audiences in the workplace and educational settings. She has presented to organisations including Sainsbury's, St Mungo's, IdeasTap, Deloitte and PATOSS.

Diagnosed with dyspraxia at the age of 20, Maxine is particularly interested in improving awareness of dyspraxia in adults and among mental health services.

Her writing has appeared in a variety of national publications including The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, The Stage, One In Four, Mental Health Today and Disability Now, and she is currently writing her first novel.

Maxine has a degree from Durham University and a Postgraduate Diploma from Cardiff University’s school of journalism.
