Kristi Long

Kristi Long is Equality and Diversity Adviser for NHS Education for Scotland (NES), with particular interest in equality and diversity in workforce development and inclusive education. As a national special health board, NES’s role is delivery of education, training and workforce development to support a skilled, person-centred workforce which is well prepared to respond to the demands placed on our health and care services. Kristi holds a Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Chicago and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional and Higher Education from Queen Margaret University and is a Fellow of the U.K. Higher Education Academy.
