Jules Lockett

Practice Learning Manager for the London Ambulance Service

Jules has worked for the London Ambulance Service for 15 years, commencing her career as a Call Handler answering 999 calls, working her way through the organisation and promotion ladder that led her to further develop training qualifications. Jules is now responsible for the education and development of both new and established staff within the two London control rooms at the London Ambulance Service.

Training staff allows Jules to share her experience and look for different ways to offer education and development of staff in all elements that the London Ambulance Service encounters. This allows their workforce to be well educated and motivated to deliver their patients the very best care available.
