Disability and performance management

A manager having a conversation with an employee who is a wheelchair user

Hosted by Accenture.

This workshop will address how you can help your disabled employees maximize their performance. In this workshop, you will learn how to use workplace adjustments as a tool to support disabled employees in their roles.

You will learn how to ensure your performance management policies do not disadvantage your disabled colleagues and how to determine if and when it is appropriate to adjust performance expectations related to a disability.

This course will also help you understand the legalities and practicalities of transferring an employee to a suitable alternative vacancy when they are not able to perform in their role with their adjustments in place.

Who should attend?

  • Diversity and inclusion professionals.
  • Employee relations managers.
  • HR advisors.
  • Equality managers.

We would also like to welcome anyone responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of an organisation-wide workplace adjustments process.
