Spring 2018 Roundtable

Business Disability Forum’s Central Government Network brings together disability, diversity, human resources, and wellbeing professionals at managerial level in central Governments departments to:

  • Debate current topics relevant to Civil Service’s disability and diversity strategies;
  • Share innovative practice and facilitate solutions-focused discussions with colleagues from across the Civil Service in similar roles; and
  • Establish a disability-related support and advice ‘hub’ of expertise among Business Disability Forum and Central Government professionals to continuously improve disability-related performance across the Civil Service.

There will be two agenda items:

  • What are disability-smart on boarding and inductions and what does ‘best’ look like?
  • A research update and discussion on current employment practice (topic to be confirmed – this will be chosen nearer the time to ensure the session reflects recent discussions).

All meetings are held under ‘Chatham House’ rules.

Please note this event is only for employee facing professionals currently working in Central Government departments. Registration is by invitation only.
