Christopher joined Business Disability Forum (BDF) in 2012, having worked in learning and development since completing his post-graduate studies. In his current role as Senior Disability Consultant, Christopher works with organisations to identify training needs and understand their business context, embedding disability inclusion into existing learning and development structures and developing large and complex programmes across a broad range of disability inclusion topics, specialising in mental health and non-visible disabilities. Christopher has a particular interest and specialism in mental health as an inclusion issue, and regularly speaks at conferences and industry events on this topic. He is a passionate advocate for the social and economic inclusion and de-medicalisation of people living with long-term mental health conditions.
Outside of BDF, Christopher regularly delivers training on cultural and emotional awareness across a number of London Boroughs, and serves on the board of a local mental health charity serving his spiritual home of South-East London.
