Graham Bann Executive Director of Business in the Community’s national Talent and Skills campaign, the aim of which is to enhance the capability of business to grow, by addressing current and future workforce skills needs with a specific current focus on addressing youth employment. 

Graham joined Business in the Community in 1989 and has held a number of posts, including Director of Communications, Membership Services and London Director.  Graham founded Race for Opportunity and the Local Investment Fund and established the Cares movement across the UK.  More recently he has been responsible for building the Business Action on Skills Campaign and supported the development of Business Action on Health.

Graham is the founder and Chair of the London Charity, ITEC, which provides employment training for young people with a particular focus on ethnic minority communities.
